Cancellation and Modification Policy Endless Travel Adventures (ETA)

ETA, we are committed to providing an unforgettable travel experience. To ensure service quality and protect the rights of both parties, all bookings are subject to the following policies:

First: Tour Date Modification

If a customer wishes to change their flight date or switch to another flight, they must contact the company via official email at least 30 days before the scheduled departure time.

A customer service representative will then contact you to complete the process. Any price differences (increase or decrease) will be applied to both parties according to the prices advertised at the time of the change.

Second: Refund and Cancellation Policy

Fees are calculated based on the remaining time until the flight date as follows:

45 days or more before the flight date: Full refund (minus administrative fees only).

30 to 44 days before the flight date: 30% of the total flight price (including administrative fees) will be deducted.

15 to 29 days before the flight date: 50% of the total flight price will be deducted.

Less than 15 days: The customer is not entitled to a refund, and the company is committed to fulfilling the trip until the last possible moment.

Third: Special Terms and Conditions

Airline Tickets: Subject to the policies and conditions of the carrier airline are not covered by the company’s cancellation policy.

Hotel Reservations: In the event of a non-refundable hotel reservation, the customer is responsible for the full cost.

Force Moments: In cases of natural disasters or pandemics, payments will be converted into a “future trip credit” that can be used after the crisis has ended.

Company Declaration and Undertaking

Endless Travel Adventures (ETA) is an Egyptian joint-stock company subject to Egyptian law (Commercial Registration: 43045 | Tax Card: 422_854_777).

The company undertakes to fulfill all trips booked through its website, official social media platforms, or customer service.

The company is not entitled to cancel or change the date of any booked and paid trip except upon a written request from the customer via the email address in which the booking was registered, with confirmation of the presence of an electronic signature to ensure validity and privacy.
