Payment Fees: In case of a refund (according to the cancellation policy), bank transfer fees or electronic payment gateway fees may be deducted as outlined in the cancellation policy.

ETA strives to ensure the highest levels of comfort and safety. However, please be aware of the following:
Personal Belongings: The client is solely responsible for their personal belongings (money, phones, jewelry, travel documents). The company is not liable for the loss or damage of any of these items during the trip.
The company acts as an intermediary in organizing the trip and is therefore not responsible for any shortcomings or delays caused by a third party such as airlines or hotels. The company is committed to intervening and mediating to resolve any issues in the client’s favor
Personal Conduct: If the client engages in any conduct that violates the laws of the country (whether inside or outside Egypt), the client bears full legal and criminal responsibility, without any liability on the part of the company.
Seventh: General Provisions
Acceptance of Terms: Upon completion of the booking process and payment of fees, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms of the above-mentioned Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
Legal Disputes: In the event of any dispute (God forbid), arbitration will be sought in accordance with Egyptian law and the competent courts in Cairo Governorate (or the company’s headquarters).
